"Tasting a Whisk Me Away confection is an exercise in contradictions:
​it is at once a transcendent experience, yet it roots one firmly in the terroir from which its ingredients are procured. Never has a tomato tasted more tomato-ey than in Rose's caramel. Never has a ground cherry been so elevated as in her galette. Rose's use of farm-to-table ingredients speaks to her deep connection with agriculture, and her respect for the regions and seasonality in which she works."
